BOTOX® is an anti-wrinkle injection used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe forehead lines, crow’s feet lines, and frown lines between the eyebrows.

There are many different brands used and at Derma Clinic Aesthetics, we use Botox Allergan.

Profhilo is a skin booster and anti-aging treatment made from stabilised hyaluronic acid (HA).

Profhilo is intended to treat skin laxity, skin elasticity and firmness, not just to reduce lines and wrinkles. It works by stimulating the fibroblast cells, thereby increasing collagen and elastin production. It also hydrates the skin and improves skin tone, texture and overall radiance with a subtle tightening and lifting effect.

Cryotherapy is safe technique for removing skin tags.

Although many skin tags are harmless, having them can leave clients feeling self-conscious and depending on the area, irritating or painful.

Research also shows that cryotherapy can stimulate your immune system and boost the health of your surrounding skin cells.

Multiple treatments may be required.

Botox is used to freeze the elevator muscles around your upper lip, resulting in the lip not raising and exposing the gums. 

This treatment is also suitable for clients whose gummy smile is caused by hyperactive lip muscles.

Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating, most commonly associated with the armpit.

Botox is used to blocking the nerve signals that instruct the sweat glands to become active.

A lip flip treatment involves precise placement of a small amount of Botox at the corners of the mouth and near the cupids bow targeting the upper lip muscle.

The goal is to relax tension in the muscle and ‘flip’ the lip outwards to make more of the upper lip visible.

Botox can be injected into the Masseter muscles to help with teeth grinding and clenching, as well as jaw reduction and facial slimming.

Dermal filler injections can subtly smooth and contour to restore youthfulness to the skin, or dramatically enhance and plump.

Lemon Bottle is a new advanced lipolysis solution for the face and body. Lemon Bottle is a high-concentration fat dissolve solution that combines Riboflavin (vitamin B2) and other premium ingredients that create fat decomposition by accelerating metabolism of fat cells.

Results can be seen after one treatment however the product is designed to work best over a course of four sessions.

This treatment is not a weight loss supplement and is most effective alongside a balanced and active lifestyle.

Threads are small strands of biodegradable, medical thread that are placed under the skin to lift and tighten the skin of the face or neck. The inserted threads stimulate collagen and elastin production to smooth and slow the aging process by strengthening the skin. The threads are thinner than a strand of hair and made of protein.

Mono threads give immediate results but generally peak at the six-month mark. They can last anywhere between two and three years although this will differ between clients.

Cog threads are slightly thicker in diameter than mono threads and therefore can be used to create more of a significant lift over a larger area eg. The lower cheeks/jowls. The cogs on the threads bind to the facial tissue and allow us to provide a more considerable lift. The effect of cog threads will last approximately 18 months.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a unique treatment used improve a multitude of skin complaints, as well as hair regrowth.

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) therapy is similar to PRP however, retains fibrinogen molecules, providing a more potent healing boost.

The treatments consists of having your bloods taken by our phlebotomist in clinic for your treatment.

For hair regrowth, the high percentage of protein in the injected plasma encourages the “dying” hair follicle to regenerate, enabling hair growth. Results can be seen after just one treatment however, we recommend a course of three treatments for maximum results.

For skincare, a dermaroller is used to pinprick the skin. The minuscule needles create trauma in the skin before your protein packed plasma is then inserted back into the skin. The plasma encourages the break down and removal of dead skin cells whilst stimulating new cell formation. The results are increased collagen and elastin for anti-aging properties, removal of acne/scarring, pigmentation and improving overall complexion.

For anti-aging, the plasma acts as a volumizer, injected where the skin requires rejuvenation and skin tightening. It is extremely effective as an alternative to Dermal Filler and Lumi for under the eye area. PRF can also be used for hair regrowth.

Lumi Eyes diminishes dark under-eye circles, moisturises, and fights fine wrinkles. It smooths and lifts the skin under the eyes.

The effect is visible after the first treatment and is an alternative to dermal filler.

Polynucleotides are injectable bio-stimulators, using stretchy molecules made from fragments of fish which mirror human DNA.

This treatment is perfect for boosting collagen, as well as tissue regeneration and restoring skin tone and elasticity. The results are skin that feels and looks healthier.

B-12 injections are administered into the muscle to prevent or treat B-12 deficiency. Proven to reduce fatigue and tiredness as well as prevent permanent neurological changes. B-12 is a water soluble vitamin that is vital for DNA synthesis, energy production, nerve cell health, red blood cell formation and neurological function.

Essential for daily functioning, Vitamin C is necessary for growth, development and repair of all body tissues. Alongside other bodily functions including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, improving immune system function, wound healing and the maintenance of cartilage.

Biotin (Vitamin H) is an excellent supplement for healthier and stronger hair and nails.

Our injectable supplement can help maintain the normal healthy growth and development of skin and hair. A perfect addition if you want stronger hair and nails.

Microneedling uses small, sterilized needles to prick the skin in order to generate new collagen and skin tissue to smooth, firm, and tone skin. Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may reduce the appearance of acne, scars, dark spots, wrinkles, and large pores.
